Hospital operations platformBuilt for India

Run your hospital on one shared record

Aaryostack connects the front desk, doctors, nurses, the lab, the billing desk and patients through four apps. Each person works in the app made for their desk, and what they record is there for the next person in the visit.

Four apps, one record: for patients, doctors, hospital staff and management.

How a visit flows

One visit, start to finish

Follow one outpatient visit across the apps. Each step shows who does it, where, and what the others see next.

  1. Step 1: BookPatient · Aaryostack

    The patient books a slot

    Patient in Aaryostack

The patient picks a hospital, a doctor and a free slot from the sessions the doctor opened for booking. The fee is fixed at that moment.

    What the others see

The appointment appears on the doctor's list to accept.

  2. Step 2: ArriveFront desk or doctor · Aaryostaff and Aaryodoc

    Arrival or walk-in

Front desk or doctor in Aaryostaff and Aaryodoc

For a walk-in, the front desk picks the patient and a doctor and notes the complaint, which opens the visit. For a booking, the doctor marks the patient as arrived.

    What the others see

Every open visit shows in the OPD queue with its time waited.

  3. Step 3: VitalsNurse · Aaryostaff

    A nurse records vitals

    Nurse in Aaryostaff

BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2, respiratory rate, weight, height and blood sugar go on the visit, with out-of-range readings flagged.

    What the others see

The doctor sees them, with the trend, when the consultation opens.

Aaryostaff staff app: the OPD queue with waiting times, with sample data.

  4. Step 4: ConsultationDoctor · Aaryodoc

    The doctor consults

    Doctor in Aaryodoc

The workspace opens on the patient's summary: latest vitals, recent visits, past diagnoses and recent prescriptions. The doctor notes the complaint and examination and picks an ICD-10 diagnosis, and the notes save as they go.

    What the others see

Tests the hospital prices go to the lab worklist, with the price fixed at order time.

  5. Step 5: LabLab technician · Aaryostaff

    The lab works the order

    Lab technician in Aaryostaff

The desk marks the sample collected, then in progress, and uploads the report. A lab technician, doctor or manager then verifies it in a separate step.

    What the others see

The patient can see the report only once it is verified.

  6. Step 6: PrescriptionDoctor · Aaryodoc

    The prescription is issued

    Doctor in Aaryodoc

Picking a drug from the formulary fills in its strength, dose, frequency, days and route, and Schedule H and H1 drugs are flagged.

    What the others see

The prescription appears in the patient's app. If it is amended later, the patient sees it marked Updated, with the reason.

  7. Step 7: BillBilling desk · Aaryostaff

The billing desk raises the bill

    Billing desk in Aaryostaff

One tap drafts a GST invoice with the consultation fee, unless it was paid online, and every priced test not yet billed. Issuing it takes the next number in the financial year.

    What the others see

The owner sees the invoice, and what has been collected, in Aaryospital.

  8. Step 8: Patient's phonePatient · Aaryostack

    The record reaches the patient

    Patient in Aaryostack

The patient finds the prescription, the tests still to do with their preparation notes, referrals and verified lab reports in one place. Reports open through a download link that lasts five minutes.

    What the others see

The hospital's staff and linked doctors open the same report from their side, also through a five-minute link.

The platform

The platform underneath

Six parts every app shares, so the hospital runs on one system instead of several.

See how it connects
  • One patient record across hospitals

A patient with an Aaryostack account can book at any hospital on the platform and sees prescriptions, tests and reports from each of them in one app.

  • Permissions by role at each hospital

Seven built-in roles decide who may do what at each hospital, and the server checks every action, whatever the screen shows.

  • Coded clinical catalogues

121 ICD-10 codes searchable in everyday words, 64 generic drugs with Schedule H and H1 flags, and 45 standard tests with LOINC codes where known.

  • GST-ready billing engine

Services carry GST rates and HSN/SAC codes, invoices are numbered without gaps per financial year, and discounts need a manager and a reason.

  • Live ward and bed board

Free, occupied, reserved and cleaning beds per ward, with a 30-minute hold during admission and a list of beds freeing soon.

  • Activating

Video consultations on our own relay

Calls run between the doctor's and the patient's phones and, when a network needs it, through our own relay server rather than a third party.

Security

Patient data stays in India, encrypted and checked by role

The server, database, files and sign-in all run in India. Identity numbers get their own layer of encryption, and every request is checked against the caller's hospital and role.

  • Hosted in India

The application server, the database, file storage and secure sign-in all run in India.

  • Field-level encryption

Aadhaar, ABHA and insurance policy numbers are encrypted field by field with 256-bit encryption and shown only as their last 4 digits.

  • Isolation between hospitals

Each request is limited to the caller's own hospital, and a request for another hospital's data is refused.

  • Verified lab reports

A report reaches the patient only after it is verified, through a download link that expires after five minutes.

FAQ

Questions hospitals ask us

Short answers on getting started, devices, data and pricing. Anything else, ask us directly.

Ask a question
How does a hospital get started?

The owner signs the hospital up in the Aaryospital app with its registration and GST details and confirms with a one-time code. From there they add staff, link doctors and price services, and we're happy to walk you through it in a demo.

What devices do the apps run on?

All four apps run on Android and iOS phones. The doctor's consultation workspace also suits tablets.

Which languages are supported?

English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. Each person picks their own language in the app.

Where is our data stored?

In India. The server, database, file storage and sign-in service all run in India.

Can a doctor work at more than one hospital?

Yes. Each hospital links the doctor by scanning the QR code in their Aaryodoc app, and the doctor keeps separate fees and schedules at each one.

Do you support ABHA?

ABHA and ABDM integration is on the roadmap. The groundwork is built but stays switched off in production until it has been tested end to end with ABDM.

How much does it cost?

We discuss pricing directly rather than publishing it. Tell us about your hospital on the contact page and we'll reply by email.

How do patients join?

Patients install the Aaryostack app, sign up with their Aadhaar number and can then find a hospital and book. A patient registered at your front desk has a record at your hospital, but it can't yet be joined to an app account.
